I have made my goal weight...Yeah for me, so I took the ticker off. It happened I guess today who knows but the scales never lie do they?I am just so proud of myself . Can't believe it took me 15 years to decide to do it.For those of you who are still working on it keep it up I am your biggest cheerleader. You can do it. Happy Friday to me and you.
