Gathering Your Recipes..........

OK guys I need your help. I am tired of cooking the same ole things. I am asking for your favorite recipes. I want the quick easy ones and a little on the healthy side. As Kyle & I are starting to eat better we don't want to put back on those pounds we work so hard to sweating off. Maybe even your classics that you have put a twist on and recreated. I am a food networkaholic, and love trying new ways to do things so help me out and send me your great recipes.

On another note I have a really cool software I have yet to use to create your own cookbook. If anyone out there would like to make one with me I think that would be cool to have a community healthy eating cookbook. I love fun stuff like that and I know there are tons of you crafters out there. Let do one..................Happy Weekend.

Put 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the center of a 9x13" baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Drain 2 cans French-style green beans (I use regular canned green beans sometimes) and place on one side of the chicken. Drain 2 cans sliced potatoes (or can use peeled, sliced, fresh potatoes) and place on the other side of the chicken. Pour 1/2 cup fat-free Italian dressing over all. Cover with foil, and bake at 375 degrees for one hour. Easy, yummy, and healthy! (The original recipe calls for 1 stick of butter melted with one envelope of Italian dressing mix instead of the fat-free dressing, but of course that's not as healthy!) We're having this Monday night. I can put it in the oven, go to my WW meeting, and it's done when I get back in an hour.

*Foil Things*

Tear off a pretty good size of foil. Put 1 HB patty per foil, then slice potatoes, chop carrots, and add onion (use how much veggies that you want). I use seasoning salt and steak seasoning on the patty and on the vegetables~ adds great taste! Bake on 400 degrees for about 45 min. I like it because it gives the patty and veggies a different taste, but is so good!

Belinda, thanks so much for the sweet comment on my blog. Of course I remember you with that very cute shirt on at the fundraiser! I've seen your comments on others' blogs but didn't know that was "the" Belinda...you! I'm going to add you to my blog roll, if that's okay.
